AMH Law is a boutique law firm based in Toronto that provides legal services predominantly in matters related to wills and estates, estate litigation, immigration and real estate in the Greater Toronto Area, but also advises clients in matters related to business and corporate law, as well as transactional commercial issues in Canada and Latin America.

 

In matters of estate planning, AMH Law has swiftly earned a solid reputation for providing forthright, personalized, reliable, and empathetic legal advice to a wide range of clients through demanding personal and emotional situations.

 

In matters of business law and transactional commercial issues in Canada, United States, and Latin America, as many of our cases involve an international context and may be connected with different legal systems, AMH Law has established a network with foreign correspondents with the objective of providing legal assistance in matters that may require participation of foreign law firms. Through this cooperation AMH Law is currently in the capacity of assisting clients in Ontario and Mexico (the firm also has strong relationships with law firms in Guatemala and Venezuela for specific matters.)

 

AMH Law also assist clients in daily issues related to notarization, authentication, and legalization of documents as well as translation services (English/Spanish.)

 

AMH Law provides direct services for Spanish-speaking/non-English speaking clients, as Ana Hicks and part of the staff is fluent in Spanish, and we also represent Latin American clients on a regular basis.
